We appreciate all of the love and support you show Fins. That’s why we try
and make our shipping and returns processes as dead simple as possible. Every
order over $80 receives free U.S. shipping. Anything under is a flat $7.00 and
shipped same day direct from our warehouse to your address. We unfortunately
cannot ship outside the United States at the current time - contact us if you're
international and we'd love to see how we might be able to help you out!
And what about Returns or Exchanges? No problem whatsoever. We have a
no questions asked, return or exchange at any time if within 90 days of your
purchase date policy. Just send us an email (email@example.com) to explain
the situation and we’ll immediately get you hooked up with a no-cost return slip
to help you get this taken care of immediately. We want you to remain focused
on the pursuit of aloha.
One special case – we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have
previously been damaged or destroyed not due to a manufacturer’s defect (I was
out shredding, wiped out, and destroyed my shirt). That said, we still encourage
you to live life to its fullest, and in the instance that life destroys your Fins, we’ll
be more than happy to hear (and potentially share) your story in lieu of a return.
